Concerning air guns, here in Germany we have clear rules you cannot buy air guns under 16 years (not safe for children).

Plus, when bleach or anything is sprayed on the Mold it sends Mold Spores flying in the air and will spread even further.What is best to do, is to cordon off the area with plastic (drop cloth is fine) curtains so the mold doesn't spread and cut out the sheet rock a minimum of 6 inches above where it ends and replace, tape and spackle.

If she's in a top level unit, or if all the units are on ground floor, you could air lift her out and put a nice skylight in the opening rather than patching it up...
