Steam heat effect on sales price?

Just curious what you all thought of steam heat in a house. Does if detract from the final sales price? A house I am considering has the large, bulky radiators in each room, and wanted the masses opinion.

Also, it doesn't have central air, my thought is adding central air is a must for a flip. But if I am adding C/A (correct me if I am wrong), shouldn't I add heat as well and just get rid of the radiators?

This is my dilemma. Any and all thoughts appreciated.
