Thanks for all the great feedback everyone.I started looking and there is some great rental price differences between the places mentioned.I am still confused at what the norm is for billing back for utilities etc..I'm looking @ rentals and haven't seen any where tenant isn't required to pay for all utilities.In any case i'll be looking for a rental in the Milwaukie, Gladstone, Oregon City for first of Aug, if you know anyone or have anything please be sure to send me a note.Thanks again!

@Michael Pitsos I'm assuming your home is where you've put in your profile and according to the VA Loan Limits for BARTOW COUNTY, GA for a one unit home (SFR) is $453,100 and $580,150 for a two-unit so depending on how much you bought your primary home for you'll need to subtract that from the max limit and the remainder should still be available to utilize.

in my area i'm looking at a cheap foreclosed lot with a burned out house needing removal. coincidentally I just saw an ad for low (ish) priced custom houses, available for 0 down if you have land.the way I see it, it's just finding numbers that work (thank you Bigger Pockets) can I get the land cheap?
