Finding Replacement Parts for Window AC units

Greetings.

We are finally transitioning most of our rentals into working central AC units (we had 4-5 issues we're working through).  The window units we used as 'band aids' are not all utilized.  I've got a couple that have reasonably minor problems with them:

1 has a broken fan blade.  It's just a part I'm having the hardest time tracking down - spent last 45 minutes looking online.  Picture of representative part below.  Not sure of name, etc but SOLEAIRUSA doesn't appear to have aftermarket parts for purchase.

The next one appears to have a motor that burned out for blowing the air.  After looking at a couple youtube videos, that motor powers two fan blade (one for blowing air over condenser and one for blowing air out the front.  I think because it's not running at all my thought is to replace the motor.

After looking into this, it appears that the 5000 btu window AC is about 'totaled' :

Here's the replacement part:

Why am I doing this?  Not sure.  Maybe you all can talk some sense into me.

Perhaps there are better deals out there and I should be out looking for them, but we're slightly in between financing and I just think it's super wasteful to not get these window ACs back to good working order.

Sounds like only the bigger 10000 btu/hr unit is really even worth the time to investigate further at this point...

Does anyone else's day to day look like this at all?
