See Tony Ferris' book "Park Place" (Amazon e-book) for lots of tips and great advice on remote park management.  

I now use an Android phone with the Stitcher App.

I wanted to know what tips people have to finding a contractor.

My husband and I have our own contracting home repair business to helping out get your new property in tip top shape for renting or flipping we work hourly or by the job.
