@Allison Karrels Keep in mind, when you purchase through Turnkey, after your inspection report, most all issues(at least 95%) should be fixed by the seller and this includes not only the items related to the house but also items such as external buildings, fences and potential tree issues.

Have all your trees trimmed, grass layed, bushes trimmed, caulk the outside of the house if it needs to get painted, maybe even replace rotten wood on the outside(facia boards, soffit), place gutters, etc.
