I also control the 117 acres on the North side of Evergreen parkway and West of Jackson School road.. long battle moving that into the UGB but we have it at a price were they can throw this stuff at us I know we will be doing major road improvements.. but at least the state built the new freeway over pass and the roundabout LOL those things cost 2 to 4 mil to build.. its a 2030 to 2035 project maybe 2040 and my kids and grandkids will be the winners
