Hey there BP community, I am looking for more insight on flipping a manufactured homes. Anyone who has or is looking to get into please leave advice or insight below. For reference I am in Indiana.

I have spent quite some time learning, researching and preparing for my first Short Term Rental.

We have one vacation rental in Florida and a long term rental in Louisiana. 

What do most do in terms of keeping rental business out of personal finances?

One of my earlier rentals didn't cash flow at first, but after a few years, rents went up and now it does. 

We are doing individual room rentals it’s a 6,000 sq ft nine bedroom home Things I have heard to include besides basic items are air fryer insta pot tea kettle vacuum sound machine black out curtains and full length mirror We do plan to add a sauna, exercise equipment and possibly a hot tub.

How do I find an institutional buyer for my rental property.

Would like to start our REI journey by converting our primary single family home into a rental.

In the future, I would love to start with owning multi-family rentals and eventually get into investing in high density rental developments.
