It reminds me of how hard it was for me to learn from Carleton Sheets when he promoted telling little white lies-tell them you have a partner when you don't, saying he wasn't a Realtor when he was...It took me a while to try out bandit signs, but if you take them back down no one seems to be that bothered by them anymore than a yard sale sign.

The local property manager was gracious enough to originally offer to help look for an apartment for us at another location if we wanted, however this complex's location is perfect for us and we wanted to stay, even if it meant waiting for a 2-br.This is a great reminder for both tenants and landlords that any number of situations and surprises can arise during a lease.

That stopped me, from my understanding, using features like reminders, retailers, etc.

Knew about the landlord tenant issues there, but always good to be reminded.

Beyond that, you can always set a reminder to call the county every year before you renew your permit to see if any laws have changed.

Reminds me if the sickly ignorant woman who went to a place on Las Vegas about two years ago where people pay to shoot different types guns.

I'd still want to use my plumber to avoid the tenant causing damage or not reporting it.If you have a bunch of call lately, perhaps give all of your tenants a quick reminder about what does and doesn't go down the toilet.
