You'll want to put a team together, people that are going to be reliable to make this work.

Then, seek advice from other investors on which ones are reliable, easy to work with, competitive, and all of those important attributes that make a hard money lender stand out as a leader in their marketplace.  

You'd want to run some numbers on what you'd bid for ads, but it's a reliable option for online traffic.
