I have got quotes from 2 different companies, they are wildly different in price, but I am still considering going with the more expensive one, simply because it seems like they are more professional and I worry that they will do a much better job than the cheap guy.What do you normally do in this situation? 

By joining the local REI groups you will be able to surround with like-minded investors, wholesalers, attorneys and other RE professionals. 

Be professional and sharp and get them evicted.

There are plenty of real estate professionals in just about every market that would love to help out of state investors.

The first bar: You have to be a "real estate professional" which means you need 750 hours of real estate activity. 

If you can afford it, professional photography/videography is 100% worth it.A lot of them will do video tours as part of their services.

Spend business expenses out of the same account.Have a professional do your taxes.

Any area around the DFW is building commercial/ industrial space so I would think ( not a professional opinion) that you should come out here and interview PMs.
