Sound like a player ,  she senses you dont know what you are doing.............lol.On the down side looks like you will need a big cut in rent to attract applicants.

There are better ways to be a community player than by using legal remedies and court resources.

Anyone capable of running your project sucessfully, works for themselves.

Unfortunately, the already successful players probably won't attend because they are playing an entirely different game.
