The rest comply because it will cost them money not to.Here's the insurance provision for anyone interested (if there's a dog, the Pet Addendum increases the liability coverage to $500K):INSURANCE: Tenant shall maintain Renters Insurance to protect their belongings with personal liability coverage of at least $300K per occurrence, and the policy shall name Landlord and Property Owner as “Additional Insureds”.
