I purchased a bunch of PSI exams and books, no issues obtaining an excellent grade (PSI wording, not mine). 

It is the buyer who does all of the due diligence and they relay any issues/concerns or comments to the agent and attorney to act on their behalf, if you do not bring it up as an issue - then they do not know otherwise.2.

My issue is, I have very low interest rates and do not want to refinance and lost those rates.

I wound up coming up with standardized language to put into the lease (which originally just said that service animals would be permitted according to law).

Affordability is an issue right now, but if/when rates go down later this year, that'll put upward pressure on prices.

The extensive root systems will start caving once removed, which will cause issues for a while -- we had one down in a storm and we're still filling in where roots all over the yard continue decomposing, causing depressions in the yard even 5 years later. 

There are plenty of us who have invested in NY and NJ for 30+ years and not had an issue with it and have bathed in the appreciation.

At least people have ratings on the OTA and I can see if other hosts have had issues.

As with any legislation and regulation, there will be give and take as we balance all the issues but hopefully we see this slate of bills scrapped or substantially reworked.
