I’m sure other states have it to since they’re trying to incentivize people to convert away from fossil fuels.

On the whole TC makes my life INFINITELY easier than it used to be hand collecting rent or processing paper checks at the bank. 

Some people stop responding when they are informed about background checks/credit checks requirement. 

Cause some people often feel that they are in too far and just need to finish with the current GC and I can tell you I've never, ever seen that work.
