Do you receive the funds when booked or is it held by air bnb/home away until the reservation date is reached?

The online course I passed to move on to taking the Florida state exam is set up so boring and information overloaded that I'm willing to pay for help via PayPal to pass the exam (Passed the Azure Tides course from Groupon).Is someone confident they can help me in an hour or two or three for like $35 an hour so I'd successfully pass it?

I have read some books and articles online but haven’t actually done anything with it yet.

I am going to my local real estate investors club in a few weeks and I have also read some books and a few online articles.

I would be surprised if it had the expiration date for someone that was not the listing broker (because pre-sending out expired postcards would be real smart).

Hi Darren,Diane and Michael are correct; under Section 121 of the Internal Revenue Code you (as a single individual) can exclude $250,000 of capital gains from your taxes if you have owned and resided in the house as your personal residence for 2 out of the 5 years prior to the date of sale. 

That's the date that starts the clock is the recording date.
