The previous owner was a long time smoker in the house and it was pretty disgusting on how much nicotine we had to clean off the walls. 

I leave mine at around 50 degrees, which most crawl spaces don't drop below.

So today I decided to cold call about 19 or so leads I got while driving for dollars and out of them I got 1 lady politely said dont call me back, 1 lady told me she was going to move into the vacant abandoned property another lady said the house was listed on the market for 240k and it was vacant with broken windows as well, I also had alot of bad numbers and I left about 13 voicemails. and a few of the properties had no telephone numbers associate with them. all in all I think It was a decent day.can anyone share any experiences with cold calling maybe even a script I think my script or my voice sounds very practiced like I've done this before which I have in college (marketing degree) for a sales class and after a while you can tell it's scripted.
