I should have spent today's time and energy on MY BUSINESS, not someone elses" then I psych myself out and go work somewhere else (telling myself it's only she term until we figure out what EXACTLY it is that we're going to do, like for US) So commitment and sacrifice I will GLADLY make especially if it's for MY bottom dollar, no doubt about it.

The sample property you gave is negative cash flow once, or maybe cash flow neutral under absolute best case scenario, once you add in realistic PM and CapEx fees.
