I get busy, figure I'll hear back, but finally email her 5/16(yeah, too long, but my area has an IRS disaster relief allow returns delayed till mid June).

This is probably not the way you're "supposed" to used QB but I didn't want to get two softwares - one for business and one for personal.

Just opened business checking for LLC.Is it possible to fund your business account and keeping anonymity?

It seems like a great business.

Nothing is wrong with taking a job to learn an industry, process, procedures, make contacts, etc... and then (sometime later) applying what you've learned, and connections made into your own business.

I was told they would have to be 50/50 on the business with me and as long as they are at a 620 or a 680 this is doable.

Now that the weather is getting warmer, my occupancy has improved and I am FINALLY starting to generate decent revenue that can even help pay some of my business debt. 

To which I turn to the most trusted community in RE.Myself and two of my business partners are looking to start our journey in Real Estate development and am looking for some advice, we have experience in owning and managing rentals so none of that is new to us...just building the thing is.We are looking to start developing duplex homes across the Chicagoland Suburbs but cannot find the right person to talk to that can give us a clear idea of where to start.
