Other than obvious realtor, Zillow, Redfin…are there any other real estate websites that focus on listings of properties that have a history of STR or an emphasis on STR?

The account is simply a mechanism for payment of fees and processing the filings.

When I was in my early twenties I was going to school full time (online for business), running a small mechanical contracting company, launching and running a wedding/events venue, while trying to be a husband and a father.

While it might be nice for tenants to understand mechanical systems so they would really understand what you meant by "did you check the dampers", sometimes they don't. 

Seems this sub can file a unpaid balance mechanics lien if he wants to, but AL puts a time limit of 6 months for him to commence with the enforcement or perfecting of the lien by filing suit in court.

Why I'm looking for this specific building type and location is that my other company manufactures construction chemicals and products, with an emphasis on masonry restoration and adaptive reuse of buildings, based in Lawrence KS.

Is there no vehicle for “bonding off the mechanics lien” there, as there is in most places.  

LOLWith that said, the only scary thing about those homes to me is the mechanicals and those are cheap to update.
