What you use for username at SoS  is irrelevant to your entity filing. For example, when i was practicing law we had an account and through that account we processed thousands of entity filings every year for clients. The account is simply a mechanism for payment of fees and processing the filings. From your account you can file as many entities as you like, and the names do not have to be the same as your account name.
