Also talk to a loan officer sooner rather than later so you know what's needed. 

Hire an eviction attorney, but talk to them first and tell them that you are starting the process-they may leave on their own (it would be the smart thing to do).

all management companies are connected with real estate companies if you trust you agent and have it listed with a good company all should be well  get a copy of the property management agreement and go and chat with them.

You want to make sure you are listed as the Mortgagee on the policy.
