I've seen loans hang around for 2 months because the loan officer is lazy. 

You can stay on top of the PM company after that person goes and say this is what you are not doing, or you can fire them if it shows they are really lazy at their job.

I did not pay taxes on the gains from the sales of my active portfolio because I did what my CPA calls the "Lazy 1031".

Lawyers are generally lazy and are looking for big fish.

My tenants are lazy and don’t change the filters.
