Examples would be a 3 bedroom with only a stand up shower, a sink in the pantry, a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with the bathroom between the two bedroom and no secondary access, washer/dryer in the kitchen, etc.Laundry - ability to put in hookups in the basement if not possible in the unit itself.

Here are some updates on the renovation:I renoved most of the kitchen cabinets, a lot of the carpet in the rooms, Removed the old wall boards in bedroom #2 scraped a lot of the old ceiling in the dining room, and generally made a lot of mess :) Here are some pics starting with my one of a kind Audi truck seen here carrying 6 doors and 40 cases of LVP flooring :)

Without knowing how much you are looking to spend or what plumbing/electrical you want to move, I would say absorb the “eat in kitchen” to be part of the kitchen.
