Hello,I was trying to see if anyone had a standard contract of sale agreement they can share with me to do a sale by owner that did not involve any agents.This is for sale in maryland.Once i have it,i am planning to give that to the title company directly.If anyone can provide me with one or give pointers that would be a great help.Thank you !!

Minimum property requirements: Some will not lend on anything under 900 square feet, or some other arbitrary minimum property characteristic.How do they disburse funds?

Let me see if I can formulate my question -- this is for anybody here that has had any experience with custom home builders that knock down old, small, 1950-era houses and put up 3,500 - 4,000 square foot mini-mansions that go for $800-$900K.I got a seller that has asked me to come look at their house down around 610 in the Heights. 

I currently do not have a circle of friends who are interested in or currently involved in real estate.

According to him as long as you don’t add extra square footage to the house it shouldn’t go up a lot .

The nuisance and abatement officer is involved, but they have limited resources and he is pretty much a one man show in handling these issues.

This will give you a price per square foot.
