hi everyone i have a question to ask, i find this property today i went on the  county website only to find out the person who owns it as pass, so i reach out  to one of the daughter she's really interested in selling but she told me her mom leave everthing in her name but she didn't let the property go through probate because some of her relative said they were going put up a fight with the house so how do i approach this scenario thanks in advance.
