What it means is that more landlords will be breaking the law knowingly or unknowingly in most cases.In our jurisdiction because the regulations are so tenant friendly operating and protecting our business interests make it almost impossible not to bend the law to the limits.

You still have to qualify for the loan based on credit and income, but a VA loan is impossible to beat when it comes to the down payment. 

Its nearly impossible for us to tune in at the actual time the webinars are available to the general audience.  

I'm not saying it would be impossible to set up deal that way, but I do know that the way most wholesalers do business would not qualify for this treatment.
