I'm not saying you don't have a right to your money.. or to rent increases,, but in the big picture this guy likes his home and will probably stay till he can't walk up the steps any more.. longest we had a tenant for was 16 years and she'd still be there today if she could have crawled up the steps.. we never made her late rent a issue, which happened occasionally, she hardly never complained kept apt clean, and us informed of other tenant issues... we did work as needed painted occasionally, she loved the apt and we were sorry when her limited mobility made it impossible for her to live there any longer..

What it means is that more landlords will be breaking the law knowingly or unknowingly in most cases.In our jurisdiction because the regulations are so tenant friendly operating and protecting our business interests make it almost impossible not to bend the law to the limits.

I'm not saying it would be impossible to set up deal that way, but I do know that the way most wholesalers do business would not qualify for this treatment.
