I increased the loan amount as balance and fees unknown.What is his health/ commitment to the community location/ ability with money/ age?

I have found some information in regards to acquiring similar deals, however I think that the owner may be flexible on terms to get this financed and sold as he has health issues.Here are my thoughts on approach possibly and would love feedback from those that have knowledge in this.- attempt to qualify Parcel A and all but the main home and 1.5 acres of parcel B for a rehab loan for $350k.

I have noticed that they are also remodeling, building, and expanding the Metro Health hospitals down in the Cleveland area.

If anyone has any suggestions or experience with something that could solve my dilemma, I'd appreciate it!

You probably will do better in the health professional market renting by the room or as a 2 bedroom depending on the setup especially if 3 bedrooms means it has no common area.  

I had the exact same dilemma at our cabin and we ended up deciding to replace the spiral with a regular staircase.

Here's the dilemma: I think the older building will continue to appreciate and rent for a premium.
