Is the Cleveland markets ever going slow down? Each time I come here there is new everything, roads, hotels / residential buildings, restaurants etc. . Inventory is abysmal and investor demand is still very strong. Now they are making major improvements to EAST Cleveland, I called it years and years ago. Who else has seen this growth and benefited?

I was looking at Columbus and it's the same. Still too much competition to find anything without a lot of patience, and I was on a short timeline.
