I would guess that most of these people can barely afford rent and food for their children, but throw money away on State sponsored gambling.The store employees seemed shocked that I didn't want any tickets.

@Rich Hupper if you are looking to own/operate a business then buying palates of returned items from Amazon, Home Depot, etc then breaking them down and selling off the contents in a deep discount retail model could be a good use of the space.

Most likely had no reserves.Someone will start back promoting how they can get rich with no money of their own and a new group of doe eyed followers will replace the failed group that preceded them. 

There will be live music at 2000 and the food is awesome!

But it has what those closer to downtown dream about...actual diversity - in people and food, bigger spaces for outdoor dining without the huge prices, and homes/condos with actual grass back yards, yet only 20-30 minutes on the red line from downtown!

In fact, we have clients that structure partial exchanges for many different strategic reasons such as creating a liquidity event (we are all real estate rich and cash poor, right?)
