When you find something where that's the case, think long and hard about moving on from it.If you can't stand the environment and business, then there's no helping it... get out as soon as you can. 

I couldn't stand the tenants toilets and trash, so I sold over 500 homes and apt. units and I only invest in Self-Storage, warehousing, Cold-Storage, and Outdoor boat and RV Storage.

Make an offer to assist someone with some of their tasks instead of just asking for help and you will stand well apart from the crowd.
