Outside of selecting an area you always wanted to  live in, I would select a market based on the airport because of my traveling job.I personally enjoy not having connecting flights and anytime I could reduce my travel, it’s a win for me.There are good deals in any market, but make sure you run your numbers once you identify a location and potential homes.I wish you all the best.

This has been great since it helps on monthly expenses for the tenants utility bill, and it cuts expenses for the owner, as HVAC can be a large ticket item.
