I am thinking about buying a single family home and turn it into a crash pad for Allegiant airline pilots and flight attendants here in Mesa.

What is your experience with crash pads (for flight attendance/pilots) during COVID 19? 

A few customers have shown interest in short term rentals and crash pads for flight crews (pilots, flight attendants). 

Outside of selecting an area you always wanted to  live in, I would select a market based on the airport because of my traveling job.I personally enjoy not having connecting flights and anytime I could reduce my travel, it’s a win for me.There are good deals in any market, but make sure you run your numbers once you identify a location and potential homes.I wish you all the best.

Yep, that would be the ticket...but I could never see why that appeases anyone.

This has been great since it helps on monthly expenses for the tenants utility bill, and it cuts expenses for the owner, as HVAC can be a large ticket item.

Both Phoenix and vegas are a very short, very cheap flight or even drives from your current location.

And than on service tickets.

In the last year I've replaced a water heater, oven, fridge, oil tank, bathroom vanity...and those are the big ticket items.
