After a pretty extensive search, we found that most prop mgrs aren't willing to manage in that area just yet, or if they are will charge you an arm & leg (and possibly a flat fee).

Also have read extensively about this topic and rental properties but most of the information that i've managed to find is based on US laws, credits, etc..I have considerably good basis to get started but, again, my main concern is how I could get a credit or do it without one since I haven't had a steady job that would give me a line of credit with a bank.Also looking for a database with prices of the area.
