I looked for key pieces of information on the listings that were sent to me by my realtor or by the agents in properties that I was looking for and if I thought there was potential, I asked for more information.

After closing hard money the two critical pieces were securing a rehab bid and getting insurance.

Beltline CEO position has had turnover recently so we're waiting to hear what, if any, new approaches there will be.Southside (connecting East & West) is 5 - 6 years from completion, but there's a good chance it will 'open' as a path without the big infrastructure investments that delayed the other two sections already opened.Probably the biggest piece of news unknown is whether light rail will be included for all of the Beltline.  

(or other financing for a property owned free and clear that I am all ears to hear about)  I do not yet have a new property ready to purchase and my thought was that diving into uncharted loan territory may make this tax season more difficult then necessary. 

Slicing off a piece of their equity and pushing the deal out for much less than a property is worth is NOT a service to the seller.

I'm sure you will agree, that there is a lot that goes into finding a deal and piecing it together.

Or the cabinets in the kitchen look newer, but it seems that the end pieces of the cabinets were not put up (you could see particle board at the end of some sections).
