Off topic:I want to extend a warm welcome to those who arenew to this forum, and came here because of thePinnacle discussion.This entire board is a great place to hang out, learnfrom others, answer questions about our great industry, and try to help each other out.I hope that you who are new here and have postedfor the first time, will mosey on over to the introductionsthread and tell us a bit about yourself and what yourhopes and dreams are in real estate investing.Again...welcome...we're glad you're here!

It's too cold here for fruit, but I get fruit, anyway, by warming the trees with christmas tree lights as soon as they start to bloom.I have 3 raised beds (my knees won't get down on the ground to do weeding) and I grow tomatoes, strawberries, garlic, onions, lettuce, and at least one zucchini.In order to get ripe tomatoes, I have pvc hoops over the tomatoes and at the end of the season, I fasten greenhouse film over the hoops and use spotlights and a greenhouse thermostat to keep the plants warm enough to ripen the tomatoes.Because I have to use electricity in order to get fruit, it ends up not being cheap.

Joining clubs and giving speeches helps get warm leads.

They accept a warm pulse buyer or seller and hope something happens.

There is a HUGE difference between so called guru's who sell the dream, all glitter & warm and fuzzy but without substance.

What about "global warming regulations?

I'm driving through Atlanta next week (late Tues & Wednesday) and will be looking around and checking out the property, so all suggestions will be warmly received. 

Generally speaking recycling is a warm and fussy practice as it does not have mush of a positive impact overall.
