Hi BP, My name is James Phan and I am a new investor from SF Bay Area. I was first hooked into buy and hold real estate after listening to the podcast Afford Anything by Paula Pant. After listening to the interview with Joshua Dorkin, I decided to join BP. I listen to BP podcast at least 3 times a week and have read Savy Real Estate Investor and I am currently reading Long-Distance Real Estate Investing. Currently, I am looking to buy properties in Columbus, Ohio. My business partners and are looking for homes that do not require a lot of repairs. We are not yet ready for a BRRRR property but will eventually do it.
