They had skin in the game because of the time, thought, desire to get the property for themselves.It all worked out well and I am very blessed.So, I suggest to start at the high end and work your way down.

If the PM company is using public contractors, then maybe they would share that information but you probably wouldn't get as good of a deal as you would with the PM company involved.Why don't you just call a bunch of contractors and get bids, ask as many questions as you desire.

Then anyone can attend either or both if desired, and a meeting in Utah County would be better than driving an hour up to Layton in the future.I have done several hundred deals in the the past 20 years.Mark
