As a newbie, I admire your dedication.

I know that's something investors shy away from and understand why, however I've literally dedicated a massive portion of my business (I have a team that I just grew to 6 and we did $35M last year) to this particular client.

I was going to start this out with a "Happy Tax Day" everyone, but that really isn't a happy day for most of us.But it does make me extremely thankful for all you amazing CPAs out there in BP world and beyond who have dedicated your life and careers to helping us investors and other self-employed folks stay out of the IRS radar and ultimately out of jail  (and hopefully saving us some money along the way).I truly am thankful for my CPAs in Memphis!  

It shows that people have a real dedication to the area and where there seems to be a movement to bring in investors and change the area.

What are your goals and how much time do you have to dedicate towards it?

I would imagine you'll need dedicated meters for the new ADU.

He has been helping me a lot over the past month and some of the things he has had me do i feel was just a test to check my commitment and dedication.

I have been spending the latter part of the year reviewing, preparing, and planning based on what I learned this year and to gear up for 2016.I will choose to look at my business in a positive light and will focus on the income potential and also how you put it "you also have the opportunity to live and breathe real estate in your community" and continue to dedicate myself to becoming an expert in my market and continue building relationships.

I have dedicated myself to getting out of all debts and educating myself as well as start investing in my market in Virginia in order to have something to move too. 

With a little work, dedication, and the right team you can potentially build up a lucrative business in a relatively short period of time.
