I can find 36x24 and that would help but probably would not solve the problem.Glass BlockI would have to narrow the window as well since I can't find a combination of the available glass block sizes that would work to fill 36".

I typically figure 15% combined for CapEx and Repairs.Are there any utilities you'll be responsible for, like water/sewer or house electric?

In the last 12 months, we spent less than $1,000 for heat and electricity combined - and the break even is in year 7.  

I have contacted some mortgage companies and if I do a regular refinance I’m looking at about 70k I can pull out from both homes combined.
