The platform is easy to use for someone who knows nothing about building a website but I am in the process of switching to another hosting platform.

Until you get your license I’d say just get yourself out there and start networking.We were hosting 4 monthly meetups pre-COVID called Pints & Properties but since March we’ve been online.

It did create the office of the tenant advocate who for the past year has been working with the housing provider associations to connect renters and hosting providers with rental assistance to get rents and utilities paid.But they want all this free money to pay for free attorneys in eviction court for the renter and as of yesterday the Jackson County eviction court has halted all evictions of any kind until January 24th due to a shooting at an eviction in Blue Springs last week.
