Aaron,No you will not find a Bank/Lender that will go into 3rd lien position if you if did I would not want to see that rate in terms of "High".

With interest rates double rate on subject to loan, lenders have incentive to accelerate the note4.

Getting a 7% rate of return after paying a 10% interest rate is no different than making 7% after paying a 3% interest rate; and can be great because if rates go down you can refi and increase your rate of return.2.
