I view every available rental on my block as a competitor and I make my units better.

Unless you have new construction in a changing neighborhood, leave a few walls standing.Location, location, location, you don't want the best house on the block as an investment.

But my point is the apartment brokers know what is around and what may be soon on the block (for sale), advertised or not. 

Ive seen some blocks in East Point that have increased in value, while others have dropped.

Same exact house models on her same block have sold earlier this year (February) for 395k and 445k.
