A+ or C- Chicago?

Hello BP I'm currently seeking to house hack in Chicago and have a tough time deciding whether to buy in Jefferson park on the northwest side or little village to the Southwest. Any advice?  My concern with Jeff park is the sub 1 percent returns and the neighborhood mostly being homeowners thus maybe a smaller rental pool, on the other hand I'm concerned with little village potentially having more tenant turnover.

Ambroise Zabaleta if you're looking at being there for only one year, then go with the better deal. Just make sure you're comfortable living there. Either way, don't buy something that will have negative cash flow when you move out.
