I've looked around the forums and haven't really found a comprehensive list of how other investors automate their business as to free up their time as much as possible.

See if you can automate or outsource the most time consuming tasks to free yourself up to find your next deal.

Of course you'd have to remember to go into google and do this every day as it's not automated, but that's the difference between a free service like Google Voice and a paid service.

We also do things a lot differently than similar “rehearsal spaces,” particularly on the automation side of things.

If watering is required, I would automate that with timers and a sprinkler system.
