I am considering starting a real estate partnership business in the Atlanta area (hold or flip) but would like if someone could outline at a high-level the preliminary steps involved starting with task #1 and moving forward kind of like a roadmap.

Thats a hit.And beyond the actual cost, I think the perception from this bill being so anti-homeowner that it makes more sense to rent might be enough to keep more people renting - which is good for me. 

I'm told that during that time, there was some friction, but mostly due to members being tasked with maintenance.
