Another idea might be to offer an agent a flat fee and/or percentage of any deal you do that comes off MLS in exchange for their helping you with the MLS portion.Most Board of Realtors prohibit an agent/broker from giving free access to MLS for anyone other then a member.Check with agents in your area.

Forget about wholesaling altogether if it takes more than 3 months to market a property once it's fixed up (unless it's a high end market perhaps, but I definitely don't recommend a beginner start wholesaling in a high end market).
