Hi all, I am new to this forum...currently we have one rental, we are moving out of primary residence to make that into 2nd rental and we are moving to our lake home.  

Lake Mendo Sonoma Napa counties.. land listings were 10% and on very tough to sell properties I would generally charge 15 to as high as 25% commission.

But I had my eye on the South end one (which the next one doesn't have a date yet), as I live in the South Auburn/Lake Tapps area. 

He works a lot on houses on Lake George.
