Being that this will be my first time attending an REIA meeting, I am hoping to connect with some of you that will be attending the Main Meeting in Bellevue on Monday evening.

REAPS is the biggest their satellites can be good. Never been to a WA REIA (That might be the group that doesn't allow me in) but there are enough Real Estate Meetups in the Area that you could go to three a week every week of the month! Set up your keywords here, and then truck over to Meetup.com and look for local real estate. Of course there's always the awesome-sauce one:
