Sure, the current environment presents challenges but your ability to communicate your objective, strategy and overall thoughts on the situation should be able to attract the right capital.

But it all comes back to what was communicated to them about your plans and operating history.To clarify, many investors do like refi's as it gets their cash back sooner and lets them continue to receive returns.
