Hey BiggerPockets, I have a question regarding promoting commercial properties.

What some people do, and mathematically it makes sense, is to open a new credit account during a 0% for the first year promotional offer, transfer existing balances from a high interest card, and close the old account. 

I googled "whirlpool washer won't spin, drains ok" and got this: http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf89187482.tip.html (I don't make money off this site, and am not promoting it it was just the first thing that came up in google) which says it could be somthing as simple as a broken belt and how to fix it.I fixed a washer this way before, by googling the problem and breaking out the screwdriver.

Do pay off your credit cards and the car loan unless it is on a zero percent promotional loan of sorts.

This was completely unexpected (they recently bough all new furniture, and occurred 2 days after I sent the lease renewal), but came with a promotion. 

I also use the example of them getting a promotion in a bigger city and needing to leave.How he handles that conversation will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know.
